The ground rules.

tratok.org is the public information portal of the Tratok Foundation, the non-profit arm of the Tratok ecosystem. It is published for clarity and public record. Nothing on this site is a contract, an offer, a solicitation to buy or sell any token, an invitation to invest, or a guarantee of any outcome.

Submitting a grant application creates no obligation on the Foundation to fund, review by any deadline, or respond. Awards are conditional on:

• Committee review and approval.
• On-chain governance ratification by Tratok Tower for cycle budgets.
• Availability of TRAT in the Ecosystem Development allocation at the relevant time.
• Satisfactory due diligence, including but not limited to identity verification, governance review, and reference checks.
• Execution of a grant agreement specifying milestones, reporting, and conditions for disbursement.

We reserve the right to decline any application without giving reasons, to pause cycles, to revise eligibility criteria, and to claw back disbursed grants where milestones are not met or representations were false.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights. You grant the Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted information for purposes of reviewing your application, executing any resulting grant, and complying with audit and legal obligations.

Grants are settled in TRAT to the wallet you provide. You are responsible for the security and operation of that wallet. The Foundation cannot recover funds sent to a compromised, lost, or incorrectly specified address. Off-ramp obligations — converting TRAT into local fiat where required — are yours.

"Tratok", the Tratok gold-coin mark, "Tratok Foundation", "Tratok Tower" and the visual identity used on this site are trademarks of Tratok Holding Limited. Grantees may reference their grant in factual terms — they may not imply endorsement of unrelated activity, nor adopt our marks as their own.

This site links to external resources for context — block explorers, GitHub repositories, partner websites, regulator references. We do not control those resources and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or policies.

This site and the information it contains are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Foundation makes no warranties — express or implied — as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Foundation, Tratok Holding Limited, their officers, employees, contractors, and committee members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, your grant application, or any disbursement decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered seat of Tratok Holding Limited, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where you have stronger statutory consumer rights in your home jurisdiction, those continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on the Announcements section of the homepage and through a refreshed "Last updated" date.
